Jenny Roberts Bernard is originally from Hawkinsville, GA where her passion for interior design began. As a child, she would repaint her bedroom walls and rearrange the furniture in her room every year. Her wish was to create a space that rivaled Marsha Brady's bedroom.

 

Jenny went on to graduate from The University of Georgia in 2005 with a degree in Furnishings and Interiors. While in school Jenny was already working in the industry in a nearby kitchen and bath supplier. After graduation, she went on to work for the prestigious Clive Christian Furniture Company in Atlanta, which boasted a who’s who list of Atlanta socialites and celebrities.

 

Jenny also met her now husband, Joseph, at UGA and relocated to his home town of Savannah. Here she began working for various remodeling and design companies around the city. During that time, Jenny and her husband welcomed two daughters, Vivian, 11, and Cece, 6.

After Cece’s birth, Jenny felt the need to bring her talents to a wider audience as well as create the ideal balance between work-life and motherhood. This led her to start J. Bernard Interiors. With her own business, she could help bring her customers dreams into reality by creating truly unique spaces that revolve around each client's individual aesthetic. She thrives on developing one-of-a-kind designs that perfectly suit her clients and makes it a personal goal not to recreate the same look on each project. Jenny is a member of the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) and other local organizations and resides in Isle of Hope, GA.
